==Incidents==
On the 4 January 2006, fifteen-year-old Irish girl Lynsey O' Brien fell overboard ''Costa Magica''. The underage O' Brien had been served with two vodkas and many different cocktails in the ship's bar. She returned to the cabin and promptly fell over the balcony of her stateroom. Her body has never been recovered and her mother has stated she thinks Lynsey hit her head on a lifeboat after falling and was unconscious when she hit the water. O' Brien's father Paul committed suicide on the 8 July 2013.
